These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and ezjili ("the Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ezjili.asia ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the ezjili Platform is strictly restricted to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account suspended immediately and all funds held pending review.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your account. ezjili reserves the right to suspend accounts where material discrepancies in provided information are identified.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify ezjili's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ezjili shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to secure your account credentials.
3.1 In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), ezjili requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.
3.2 Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, UMID, PhilHealth ID, SSS/GSIS ID, and Voter's ID. Uploaded documents must be clear, unaltered, and current.
3.3 ezjili reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.4 KYC information is processed and stored in accordance with the ezjili Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied; there are no foreign transaction fees for supported payment methods.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ezjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified during a promotional period.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically settle within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day for requests submitted before the cut-off time published in the Cashier section. ezjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
4.5 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account held in the same name as the ezjili account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ₱100 may be applied to dormant accounts after written notice is provided to the registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers issued by ezjili are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page and range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
5.3 ezjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time where it reasonably suspects abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
5.4 Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per household and IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.1 All games offered on the ezjili Platform utilise a PAGCOR-certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, ezjili reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wager placed. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are void and will not be paid.
6.3 Sports betting and live betting markets are subject to the specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. Void bets and settlement rules are governed by those specific rules.

All content on the ezjili Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of ezjili or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
ezjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and ezjili's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 10.1 ezjili is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your Account Settings:

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or force majeure events.
11.2 ezjili's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total funds held in that User's ezjili wallet at the time the claim arises.
11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezjili does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
ezjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) regulatory compliance requires it; or (d) at the User's own request. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding security review.
In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account matter, you must contact ezjili's customer support team via live chat or email within thirty (30) days of the event in question. ezjili will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If a resolution is not reached, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with its published procedures.
ezjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the mobile number or email address on file no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
